Larry Richard announces closure of Hayes Road Bridge - 9/10/2019 Public Works For more information contact: Iberia Parish Public Works Department at (337) 364-8474 Iberia Parish President M. Larry Richard would like to announce the closure of Hayes Road bridge, between Delcambre Road and Avery Island Road, beginning on Wednesday, September 11, 2019 until completion of the job, which is expected to be in December 2019. This closure is necessary for the demolishment and replacement of the existing bridge on Hayes Road. No through traffic will be allowed until the completion of the job. Iberia Parish Government apologizes for any inconveniences that this closure may cause.
