Iberia Parish President M. Larry Richard would like to announce the closure of Commercial Drive, at the railroad crossing, on Monday, January 7, 2019 at approximately 7:00 am. This closure is necessary for the Railroad Company to perform repairs on the railroad crossing. Based on the information provided by the Railroad Company, the road is anticipated to be reopened by Monday, January 14, 2019 at approximately 4:30 pm, weather permitting

No through traffic will be allowed until the completion of the job. Iberia Parish Government apologizes for any inconvenience this closure may cause.
