Iberia Parish Government thanks the Acadiana Churches in Disaster Network (ACDN) for their continuing assistance to Iberia Parish residents affected by the tornado on December 13th.
In the days immediately following the tornado these churches organized volunteers from as far away as Kansas City, KS who worked closely with Iberia Parish Government, Iberia Parish Public Works Departments and the City of New Iberia to remove debris.
Since the tornado this group has continued to locate needed assistance to our affected neighbors as they recover from the tornado’s impacts.
