IBERIA PARISH GOVERNMENT, LOUISIANA
JOB TITLE: PUBLIC WORKER 3
Responsibilities Include but Not Limited To:
Under regular supervision, performs tasks operating heavy construction and medium/light construction / maintenance equipment and performs manual work associated with various projects/activities. Operates a variety of vehicles, equipment, and machinery such as bulldozer, tractor, packer, excavator, dump truck, eighteen-wheeler, low-boy trailer, etc.
Minimum Training & Experience
Requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent with two years of experience operating heavy construction and maintenance equipment and performing related skilled work; or any equivalent combination of training and experience, which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Must have a valid Louisiana commercial driver's license.
