In preparation for the upcoming storms and the uncertainties related to them, it is suggested that citizens assemble storm supply kits that should include at least the following items: 1. A three to five-day supply of water (one gallon per person per day) and food that won’t spoil 2. A Supply of face coverings, hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes due to COVID-19 concerns 3. One change of clothing and footwear per person, and one blanket or sleeping bag per person 4. A First aid kit that includes your family’s prescription medications 5. 10 to 14 day supply of medications in their original containers 6. Emergency tools including a battery-powered radio, flashlight and plenty of extra batteries 7. An extra set of car keys and a credit card, cash or traveler’s checks 8. Sanitation supplies 9. Special items for infant, elderly or disabled family members 10. An extra pair of glasses 11. Important family documents in a portable, waterproof container 12. Mess kits, paper cups, plates and plastic utensils, paper towels 13. Paper and pencil 14. Books, games, puzzles or other activities for children 15. Infant formula and diapers 16. Pet food and water
