Iberia Parish President M. Larry Richard would like to announce the upcoming construction project on the David J. Berard Road Intersection Improvements at Hwy 83. This will be to reconstruct the first 150’ of David J. Berard Road. The contractor plans to start work on March 1 with an anticipated completion date being at the beginning of May. Motorists are asked to use caution and watch for construction signs and flag men, as construction will periodically shift traffic during construction on David J. Berard. Hwy 83 will be unaffected. Two-way traffic will be maintained on David J. Berard Road for the duration of the project.
Iberia Parish Government apologizes for any inconveniences that this closure may have caused.
