In accordance with La. R.S. 29:730.3 , a parish-wide curfew from I 0:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. was previously issued for all of Iberia Parish, includ ing the municipalities of Delcam bre, Jeanerette, Loreauvi lle and New Iberia.
This curfew is hereby rescinded and terminated effective at 5:00 a.m., Wed nesday , May 13, 2020.
NOTICE REGARDING TERMINATION OF RESTRICTIONS ON HOURS OF OPERATION FOR STORES, PHARMACIES AND OTHER BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENTS
In accordance with La. R.S. 29:730 .3 additional orders were previousl y issued l imiting the hours of operation of all grocery stores, dollar stores, convenience stores and "big box" stores allowing them to operate from 5 :00 a.m . to 9:00 p.m., only. Those additional orders allowed 24- hour pharmacies to operate after 9:00 p.m., but only for drive-thru services.
This previously issued limitation on the hours of operation of stores, pharmacies and other busi ness establ ishments is hereby rescinded and terminated effective at 5:00 a.m., Wednesday , May 13, 2020.
