Where:
Across the entire NWS Lake Charles Forecast Area
The highest probability will be northeast of a Toledo Bend to Oakdale to Opelousas line where an Enhanced Risk (Level 3 out of 5) potential exists.
From roughly northeast of Rockland to Lake Charles to Intracoastal City line a Slight Risk (Level 2 out of 5) potential exists.
When:
Wednesday afternoon --- starting in southeast Texas around noon, moving into Louisiana between 2 and 3 pm, ending in South Central Louisiana around 7 pm.
