State office buildings were ordered closed to the public with essential government functions to continue. Additionally, all gatherings of ten (10) or more people are to be postponed and cancelled.
Iberia Parish Government will be working with its department heads, agencies, boards and commissions to determine how this stay-at-home order should be implemented while at the same continuing essential government functions.
Everyone is urged to continue to support our local healthcare facilities, pharmacies, grocery stores, restaurants and other businesses that remain open during this difficult time, as well as their dedicated employees.
If you must be out while this stay-at-home order is in effect, please remember to maintain minimum contact with other members of the public and essential employees by exercising proper social distancing and follow the preventive measures previously outlined in the Administrative Press Release |
