Office Manager/Iberia Parish Health Unit
Under limited supervision, performs advanced level clerical duties combined with intermediate level administration or technical work. Work involves overseeing daily operation of the office; preparing time cards and sheets for payroll; working with customer complaints; assisting in answering telephone calls; verifying that cash collections balance daily with CARS; taking money deposits to the bank daily; assisting professional staff in the delivery of services through multi personal health programs such as the special supplemental food program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC), Maternal and Child Health, Reproductive Health, etc. and environmental health programs such as retail food, individual sewage systems, etc. for a population of approximately 36,000 or more.
