Iberia Fire District No. 1

Iberia Parish Fire Protection District #1 operates as a multifaceted fire department, comprising two career stations and four volunteer departments. Our dedicated team consists of both career and volunteer firefighters. Our primary focus is to deliver comprehensive fire protection, rescue, hazmat, and medical services to the expansive rural region of Iberia Parish, encompassing approximately 573 square miles and serving an estimated population of 70,000, as per the 2020 census.
