The Purchasing Department is responsible for managing the purchase of materials and supplies and the handling of contractual services for all user agencies of Iberia Parish Government.

The department utilizes various governmental procurement best practices, ensuring that purchases are made in a timely, transparent, and competitive manner in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Parish policies.  The Purchasing Department is committed to strategic and innovative purchasing methods that maximize taxpayer spending power.
