The Registrar of Voters Office

“You Have a Voice, You Have a Choice: Please Register and Vote!”

The Iberia Parish Registrar of Voters Office housed in Suite 110 on the first floor of the Iberia Parish Courthouse is responsible for the registration of all voters, as well as the administration and enforcement of the rules and laws of the Secretary of State relating to voting matters. This office is also responsible for conducting early voting and absentee voting by mail.

***Early Voting Information***

For the upcoming March 29, 2025, Municipal Primary Election, Iberia Parish will have two early voting locations available for your convenience.

Locations for early voting are as follows:

  • Registrar of Voters Office: 300 Iberia Street, Ste. 110, New Iberia, LA 70560 (1st floor of the courthouse building)
  • Jeanerette City Hall: 1010 E. Main St., Jeanerette, LA 70544

Both locations are equipped with handicap-accessible parking to ensure all voters can easily access the voting facilities. The Registrar of Voters Office has handicap parking available at the back of the courthouse, and Jeanerette City Hall offers designated handicap parking as well.

Please remember to bring a valid photo ID when you come to vote, or if necessary, you can sign an identification affidavit. To familiarize yourself with the candidates and issues on the ballot, visit GeauxVote.com where you can view your sample ballot.

Early voting will take place from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM on the following days:
