Chief Operating Officer

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) provides strategic leadership and oversees daily operations across all Iberia Parish Government departments. Reporting to the Parish President and working alongside the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), the COO drives planning, policy implementation, and service delivery improvements.

This role ensures interdepartmental coordination, monitors performance, and promotes fiscal responsibility by collaborating with the Finance Department on budgeting and financial oversight. The COO also represents the Parish in public forums, engages with community partners, and supports a culture of transparency, accountability, and professional growth.

By aligning operations with the Parish’s mission, the COO strengthens governance and enhances services for Iberia Parish residents.
