Early Voting Information for the November 5, 2024, Presidential & Congressional Open Primary

For the upcoming November 5, 2024, Presidential & Congressional Open Primary, we are excited to announce that Iberia Parish will have two early voting locations available for your convenience.

In addition to our long-standing site at the Registrar of Voters Office in New Iberia, we’re introducing a brand-new early voting location at Jeanerette City Hall! This new site in Jeanerette aims to make voting more accessible to residents in that area, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to participate in this critical election.

Locations for early voting are as follows:

• Registrar of Voters Office: 300 Iberia Street, Ste. 110, New Iberia, LA 70560 (1st floor of the courthouse building)
• Jeanerette City Hall: 1010 E. Main St., Jeanerette, LA 70544

Both locations are equipped with handicap-accessible parking to ensure all voters can easily access the voting facilities. The Registrar of Voters Office has handicap parking available at the back of the courthouse, and Jeanerette City Hall offers designated handicap parking as well.

Early voting will take place from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM on the following days:

• Friday, October 18, 2024
• Saturday, October 19, 2024
• Monday, October 21, 2024, through Saturday, October 26, 2024
• Monday, October 28, 2024, and Tuesday, October 29, 2024

Please note that early voting will not be available on Sundays, October 20 and October 27, 2024.
