From the National Weather Service:
Much drier air will filter into the region today, with northerly winds 10 to 15 mph and gusts as high as 25 mph at times.
These conditions will combine to produce critical fire weather conditions today, with the potential for rapid wildfire development and spread.
Burn bans remain in effect across the area and individuals are urged to avoid activities that produce open flames or sparks.
