IBERIA PARISH, LA – February 13, 2026, Iberia Parish President M. Larry Richard, advises motorists beginning on Monday, February 16, 2026, Glenn Lege Construction, LLC will start road improvements on the following road in Iberia Parish.
- Jack Brooks Road (4400 thru 3700 block) – starting Coulee Road to a point just south of Sidney Leblanc Road.
This section of roadway will be completely reconstructed. The existing surface will be removed and a new roadway base installed. The remaining portion of Jack Brooks Road to the Frontage Road will be patched by a separate crew in the near future. After this is completed, the entire roadway will be overlaid.
Working Time – 7:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday and possibly on Saturday.
The reconstruction portion of the construction is expected to last approximately 2 weeks weather permitting.
