The National Weather Service (NWS) Lake Charles advises that Severe thunderstorms, including some potentially intense ones, are expected to move through Iberia Parish Saturday (12pm) and into Sunday morning (7am).
Localized rainfall amounts upwards of 2 inches may be possible. Other hazards such as hail, damaging wind gusts (upwards of 74 mph), and the potential for tornadoes remain possible.
