Update on Coteau Waterworks District No.3 – Boil Advisory Issued

We are urging everyone to take immediate steps to conserve water as we work to stabilize the community’s water supply. Recent challenges have strained our resources, and we need your cooperation to prevent further disruptions.

To help conserve water, please avoid unnecessary use. Do not run water continuously and delay activities that require heavy water use. Every drop saved makes a difference.

If you notice any water leaks, please report them immediately to Coteau Waterworks District No.3 at (337) 367-6111, including the location, so our teams can address them as quickly as possible. Our crews are actively working to locate and repair leaks throughout the system.

While progress has been made in stabilizing the water supply, we have seen significant loss of pressure in some parts of our system. We are issuing a boil advisory until further notice. Please boil all water intended for drinking, cooking, or hygiene to ensure safety.
