The NWS Lake Charles has issued a Cold Weather Advisory for the entire region, including Iberia Parish, through 6 PM. A Cold Weather Advisory means that temperatures and/or wind chills are forecasted to fall to 20°F or lower. These conditions can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.
