The risk of flash flooding is increasing across Southeast Texas and Louisiana. A Flood Watch remains in effect for Iberia Parish until 7:00 PM Saturday.

Widespread rainfall totals of 2 to 4 inches are expected, with some isolated areas possibly receiving up to 10 inches. Low-lying areas near bayous, creeks, and streams are especially at risk if repeated or training thunderstorms occur.

If you must travel, use caution. Never drive through flooded roadways – Turn Around, Don’t Drown.
