Severe Weather Alert – Strong Winds Expected Tomorrow

There is a chance of severe weather for our area tomorrow.  The main concern is the possibility of very strong winds with stronger wind gusts.  Iberia Parish could experience gusts of more than 50 mph.  While the severe thunderstorms are expected between noon and 6 p.m., the National Weather Service says these strong winds could exist outside of the thunderstorms.  Citizens are asked to be vigilant.
