Our water plant remains fully operational, but we are aware that some residents may be experiencing low water pressure or no water. This is due to the unusually high volume of leaks impacting systems across the parish and statewide.
Please know that we currently have no plans to shut off water service unless our storage capacity becomes critically low.
Due to the hard freeze expected this evening, our leak detection and repair operations have been paused for the night. However, all field personnel will resume work tomorrow to locate and repair leaks and address service disruptions as quickly as possible.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate these challenges and will keep you updated with any changes.
