NEW IBERIA, La. — The Frosted Apron is teaming up with the Iberia Parish community to host “Poboys & Puppies,” an adoption event for the animals of Iberia Parish Animal Control (IPAC) Sat., April 27 from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. at the Iberia Parish Animal Shelter (2017 Seaway Access Rd., New Iberia).
Poboys & Puppies will be a free event for families to attend. There will be live music by Jaxon Meche, complimentary sausage poboys and refreshments, crafts for the kids to do, treat decorating, and more.
Admission is free but they are asking for each family to bring in at least one or more items from the list below: Purina Cat or Kitten Chow, Diamond Puppy Food, Purina (can) Kitten or Puppy Food, Royal Canon Nursing Mom or Kitten Transition Food, Kitten or Puppy Powder Milk, or Pill Pockets. Every item donated will earn you an entry into a drawing for a chance to win awesome prizes.
