Iberia Parish President M. Larry Richard announces the closure of the south end of Melancon Road (near its intersection with Coteau Road/Highway 88) beginning at 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 19, 2023, to install a new water line across the roadway. Alternate routes will be Romero Road, Captain Cade Road and Hwy 90.

This area will remain closed through the end of day on Friday, July 21, 2023.

Iberia Parish Government apologizes for any inconveniences that this closure may cause.
