Last month, Iberia Parish President M. Larry Richard, along with members of the Iberia Parish Council, toured the Iberia Medical Center (IMC) North Campus to witness the exciting advancements taking place in local healthcare. With an $11.6 million investment, IMC is expanding its services to enhance patient care and better serve the growing needs of Iberia Parish residents.
Key improvements include the expansion of the Medical-Surgical Unit, the Adult Psychiatric Unit, and the Emergency Department, as well as the addition of advanced diagnostic imaging and PET/CT services. These enhancements are not only focused on improving healthcare access but also on creating jobs and strengthening the local economy.
