IBERIA PARISH, LA – February 25, 2026, Iberia Parish President M. Larry Richard

advises motorists beginning on Monday, March 2nd, 2026, Elliott Construction, LLC will start road improvements on the following roads in Iberia Parish.

The following roads will receive cross drain replacements.

  • Wanda St – between S End and Joey St
  • Ronald Cir – between Joey St and Joey St

Working Time – 7:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday and possibly on Saturday.

This construction is anticipated to last approximately 2 weeks, weather permitting.  The public will be re-notified before the road is to be reconstructed and overlaid.

During construction it may be necessary at times to limit access to the construction area with lane closures, road closures and traffic detours around the work area. Closure signs, barricades and detour signs will be in place to warn and direct traffic.
