The NWS Lake Charles has indicated there is a slight risk (2of 5) for severe weather affecting Iberia Parish this afternoon going into the evening. The time of arrival is forecasted starting at 6pm through midnight. There is no expectation of excessive rainfall and the risks lie primarily with high wind gusts (15-29%) and a risk of tornados (5-9%) and hail (5-14%) . We will continue to monitor and report as updates occur.
