Iberia Parish Government is partnering with the City of New Iberia and Iberia Parish C.E.R.T. to open a warming center for families facing heating challenges during the extreme cold.
Location: Robert B. Green Veteran’s Memorial Building, 1201 Field St., New Iberia
Hours: 5 PM–9 AM, Sunday evening through Thursday morning (closed during the day)
Families should bring their own meals, blankets, and personal items.
For those experiencing homelessness, a homeless shelter is available at 307 Robertson St., New Iberia.
