We have been receiving reports of sleet or light snow in parts of southeast Texas today. Some of this frozen precipitation will come into southwest, south central, and central Louisiana through the remainder of the afternoon
Because temperatures are above freezing, we are not expecting any accumulation of snow or ice. In addition, the temperature of the roads and bridges are above freezing, so no icy roads are expected. However, wet roads and bridges can be hazardous, so be sure to drive with caution.
