IBERIA PARISH
TERMINATION CURFEW NOTICE In accordance with the provisions of La. R.S. 29:730.3, a curfew was previously issued on August 25, 2020 for ALL of Iberia Parish, Louisiana, including the municipalities of Delcambre, Jeanerette, Loreauville and New Iberia. That curfew was thereafter modified on August 28, 2020 for the time periods from 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. and to continue until rescinded or terminated.
THE ORIGINAL CURFEW ISSUED ON AUGUST 25, 2020 AND THE MODIFIED CURFEW ISSUED ON AUGUST 28, 2020 ARE HEREBY RESCINDED AND TERMINATED EFFECTIVE AT 5:00A.M., AUGUST 31, 2020.
