Hurricane Hunter Aircraft have determined the system has strengthened to Tropical Storm Barry. The forecast track has shifted to the east since yesterday. The error cone however, still covers most of southwest Louisiana and central Louisiana and all of south central Louisiana. A Hurricane Watch continues for Cameron, Vermilion, Iberia, and St. Mary Parishes. A Flash Flood Watch continues for Avoyelles, St. Landry, Lafayette, St. Martin, Vermilion, Iberia, and St. Mary Parishes. A Storm Surge Watch continues for Vermilion, Iberia, and St. Mary Parishes.
