From the National Weather Service:
Rain will be tapering off this afternoon and early evening in parts of south central Louisiana.
The National Weather Service in Lake Charles is expecting freezing temperatures tonight along and north of the I-10 corridor in southeast Texas, as well as southwest, central, and south central Louisiana.
However, freezing temperatures won't be seen until after midnight. By that time, most roads will be dry and no frozen roads or bridges are expected.
